We look out for your pets health and the health of the staff at Pampered Pets by having an air exchange system that continuously changes the air in the salon to remove any airborne contaminants, viruses, etc.

At Pampered Pets we take cleanliness seriously.  All tables, tubs, brushes, combes, tools and cages are disinfected between pets.  Anything that is used for your pet is cleaned thoroughly after use.

In the event of any problem with your pet, we have a working relationship with Telford Vetranarian Hospital located in the upper level of our building for advice or treatment as needed.

We inform you of any problems we notice with your pet.  Occasionaly, we notice lumps, bumps or irritation on your pet that you may not be aware of.  We may also discover problems with their ears, eyes or teeth.

We require all pets to be current with their vaccines and owners to produce current records upon admission to Pampered Pets.  Vaccines required include Rabies and Dhlpp-cvk.  We also highly recommend Bordetella (kennel cough) as your pet is coming into an environment with other dogs that may have been exposed to Bordetella by an infected pet.  Discuss this with your vet for their recommendation.  We reserve the right to refuse service to any unvaccinated pet.

We accept cash or check for payment. All services to be paid in full at time of service. Returned checks will be charged a processing fee.
